These are well loved and powerful community events where you can dip your toes in the water and experience high energy and add support and more joy in your life with a group of like-minded folk. We are open to everyone and this is a non-judgement and safe place to be authentically you.

Our aim is to be “real” and uplifting while offering ourselves and our space as a safe haven in a swirling world of chaos so that each of us can breathe once again while filling our own cups with the highest light and love. So that when we go home, we’re the best version of ourselves for us [firstly] and then our families and friends.
