Soul & Energy ReSET Session
This deeply personalized 2.5 hour session, available both virtually or in person, is designed to help you release blockages and regain or increase clarity and alignment. We begins with a warm, welcoming conversation over tea, where we’ll discuss your current challenges, goals, and what success truly looks and feels like for you—whether it’s pain relief, reduced anxiety, healing from trauma, breaking negative patterns, or overcoming imposter syndrome.
Next, I’ll perform an intuitive energy scan, reading your energy field to identify blockages and areas needing attention, focusing on what needs to shift immediately.
You’ll then get two customized energy healing sessions and then we'll discuss any additional insights, assess your progress so you can leave with actionable steps to continue building momentum toward your goals. You’ll receive a follow-up text the following week to ensure continued progress.

This call is a personalized, no-pressure 15-minute conversation designed to help you gain clarity on what’s holding you back and what you truly desire. We’ll explore your unique challenges, uncover the key areas where you’re ready for transformation, and discuss how I can support you.
