my story

I grew up seeing things others couldn't explain.

Auras. People. Dimensions that no one around me could see or make sense of. I felt the emotions and struggles of everyone in the room — before the word "empath" even existed.

At 19, I was stopped in my tracks. Overnight, a mysterious illness left my joints so swollen and painful I was completely disabled. I began my journey through the traditional medical system — years of testing, searching, and no answers.

What I didn't know then was that I was experiencing a shamanic initiation. My body was forcing me toward my life's purpose in the only way it knew how.

That began a 40-year journey — through Canada, Japan, Ireland, and the USA — gathering the wisdom, healing techniques, and ancient knowledge that would first heal me, and eventually transform the lives of hundreds of clients.

Today I run a thriving practice in Ridgewood, NJ, seeing clients in person and working with people around the globe online. I am an initiated Celtic Shaman, High Priestess, Magus Hermeticus, energy healer, soul coach, and Interfaith Minister.

I'm also not a delicate flower. We'll have real, honest conversations. We'll move mountains. And you'll discover more of who you truly are than you ever thought possible.
